World Travel Book Pg. 4

Took me forever, and I was an idiot and didn't get a good scan or photo before gluing my pages into the actual book, BUT here it finally is! I'm also an idiot because I thought I had gotten the Steampunk book, so my entry was kind of Steampunk themed. Ahahaha I'm so observant. 
I'm not including the page of writing I pasted in on page 3, cause it's boring and I didn't know what to write. I didn't intend to do four full pages when I was getting close to done with the first two pages, but then Gal started nagging me about being left out, so I had to include his cheeky self having a meta moment. I'm kind of glad I thought this was the Steampunk book, because I ended up reading a lot about Japan's history and culture during the Victorian era, and would really like to do more research on the subject later. 

This project was incredibly fun and surprisingly stressful - knowing people would be holding the actual art made it more nerve wracking for some reason! But seeing everyone else's entries, reading about all their interests and hobbies, getting to actually fold out parts and feel the textures, holy crap you guys... It was truly unbelievably exciting! I can't actually describe how emotional it was to flip through every page over and over again. I'll miss the book, but I'm so so grateful I got to be a part of it!

The book has already arrived in Italy, safe in the talented hands of  and I can't wait to see what she puts in her pages!
